| Designed for production of smaller batches of arrays in a more R&D focussed mode the Sprint microarrayer enables production of 20 high quality microarrays from 2 x 96 or 384 well microtitre plates. Plate capacity may be expanded by loading additional microtitre plates manually during the arraying process. Sprint utilises the same high quality inkjet technology and software employed on the Marathon and Super Marathon systems, providing effective access to Arrayjet technology for those with smaller scale arraying requirements but who are not willing to compromise on quality or flexibility. |

| Marathon - Unleash the power of non-contact printing |

| The Marathon Inkjet Microarrayer, the first from Arrayjet, was launched after almost five years of development. The result is the first non-contact microarrayer combining high quality microarray production with medium throughput capability: the Marathon can print up to 100 slides from six 96-well or 384-well microtitre plates, with manual mid-run plate change enabling more plates to be loaded, for added capacity. This makes the Marathon ideal for facilities just starting out in microarraying, as well as more experienced users now wanting to transition to inkjet printing to obtain higher quality microarrays than they can with their pin spotters. Importantly, the Marathon is an upgradeable platform: all of the developments coming from Arrayjet to further enhance capability and performance can be installed on an existing machine, further extending its working life in a facility. The Super Marathon Microplate Stacker is available as an upgrade to an existing Marathon. |

| Super-Marathon - The best just got better | |||||||||
| The Super Marathon Microarrayer builds on the benefits of the Marthon in terms of quality and performance, but takes the capability to produce microarrays into the realms of high-throughput: a Microplate Stacker (Aj020) and automated lid lifter enable walk-away printing of microarrays from up to 48 microtitre plates. The combination of the ability to handle large sample numbers with the speed of Arrayjet’s proprietary liquid handling, allied to modern printing technology has produced the first inkjet microarrayer capable of outperforming the best of the pin spotters: for the first time non-contact technology delivers on its promise of replacing pin spotting as the front-line method for the high throughput production of microarrays. The Super Marathon Microarrayer, like the Marathon, has mid-run plate change enabled, in order to further increase plate capacity. The Super Marathon is also compatible with future upgrades to the technology coming from Arrayjet. |
