Arrayjet makes use of AR and extends customer service support to remote partners, worldwide

Arrayjet continue to provide world-class customer service, having equipped their engineers with augmented reality headsets.


Global partners can now perform system setup and adjustments with live guidance from Arrayjet experts.  The AR headsets are voice-controlled and contain a camera with a display, allowing engineers to see into customer printers – regardless of where they are in the world.
